** 과정 개요
□ 과 정 명 : 지식재산권 소양 기초교육(OASIS-1) 9기 (본 과정은 제주도에서 운영되며 영어로 진행됩니다)

□ 운영목적 : 지식재산권 취득(출원)에 필요한 기초과목 및 국내 체류에 필요한 소양 등 교육

□ 모집대상 : 국내에서 기술창업을 하고자 하는 합법체류 외국인

□ 모집기간 : 2026.10.06.(화) ~ 2026.10.18.(일) 24:00까지

□ 지원방법 : 참여신청서, 참여서약서, 체류자격 증빙 서류 등 이메일로 제출

□ 교육일정 : 2026.10.29.(목) ~ 2026.10.30.(금), 2일간 총 12시간

□ 수료기준 : 전 과정 80% 이상 참여시 수료 인정

□ 교육장소 : 서귀포시 STARTUPTOWN (제주특별자치도 서귀포시 신중로 46, 3층)

□ 참여혜택 : 창업이민 관련 제도(기술창업비자 D-8-4 및 창업준비비자 D-10-2) 취득을 위한 
OASIS 점수 확보, 다음 과정(OASIS-2) 참여 자격 부여, 국내 기술창업을 위한 필수 기초교육 이수

□ Program Name: Basic Intellectual Property Education (OASIS-1), 9th Cohort (Conducted in English)

□Objective: To provide foundational knowledge required for acquiring intellectual property rights (e.g., patents) and essential information for residing in Korea

□Eligibility: Legally residing foreign nationals in Korea who are interested in technology-based startups

□Application Period: October 6, 2026 (Tue) – October 18, 2026 (Sun), until 24:00

□Application Method: Submission of the application form, participation agreement, and other required documents via email

□Program Schedule: October 29, 2026 (Thu) – October 30, 2026 (Fri), total of 12 hours over two days
